Roger Flowers Travel operates as an independent travel advisor affiliated with Outside Agents. Certain administrative, booking, and technology services are provided through Outside Agents and their partners.

You acknowledge that additional terms or policies from Outside Agents or related third-party providers may apply.

5. Eligibility

The Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

6. Consent to Communications

By submitting your contact information or engaging our services, you provide express consent for Roger Flowers Travel to contact you via phone, email, text message, or similar means for the following purposes:

  • Booking confirmations and itinerary updates

  • Service-related communications

  • Fraud prevention or account-related matters

  • Payment or balance-related issues

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
